The agreement ceremony was held at Ceragem Seoul Town in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with participation from DeepMedi, an artificial intelligence (AI)-based digital biomarker analysis company; Soldak, a digital healthcare company specializing in remote medical solutions; Everex, a musculoskeletal digital healthcare company; and Implarin Dental Group, a Korean dental brand.

The participating companies plan to collaborate with Ceragem to jointly develop integrated health management services that combine digital technology with healthcare services, and to work together to build a collaborative ecosystem based on a healthcare platform.

Ceragem intends to use its digital healthcare platform as a hub to jointly develop healthcare services and personalized wellness programs based on health data, and to pursue the expansion of new customer touchpoints and the advancement of its business model.

With DeepMedi, Ceragem will explore the potential for utilizing health data based on digital biomarker-based health analysis technology. With Soldak, the companies will seek to develop personalized health management services and collaborative models with medical institutions based on data measured on the platform, and will also review the possibility of linking services within the scope of relevant laws and regulations. With Everex, Ceragem will promote the development of customized exercise and management programs using musculoskeletal measurement data. With Implarin Dental Group, Ceragem will also carry out health management programs and joint online and offline promotions to improve the health of both customers and employees.

A Ceragem representative stated, "This agreement is part of our efforts to develop next-generation healthcare services by combining the expertise of various technology companies and medical institutions. Going forward, we will continue to expand partnerships in the technology and service sectors around the Healthcare Alliance and further advance healthcare services based on health data."
