The Galaxy Watch8 features a "Running Coach" function that analyzes running records and suggests personalized training programs. Users can manage their training plans based on a range of data, including running history and heart rate, and after exercise, review key performance metrics such as left-right balance and maximum oxygen uptake. The device also recently added a "Bedtime Guide" function that analyzes sleep patterns and recommends optimal bedtimes.
A representative from Samsung Electronics said, "With the Galaxy Watch8, not only athletes but also general users who are new to running can develop positive habits based on personalized insights."
