CEO Do plans to restructure the production system and strengthen safety management based on his expertise in manufacturing sites and labor-management cooperation. Samlip expects CEO Do to establish a safety-oriented workplace culture and to play a key role in enhancing the stability of production operations.

CEO Jung previously oversaw strategy and sales for Nongshim Kellogg, the Korean subsidiary of global food company Kellanova (formerly Kellogg), as well as for the Hong Kong and Taiwan regions. With CEO Jung joining the company, Samlip aims to expand its overseas business and establish an advanced management system that meets global standards.

Previously, Jaehyung Kyung, Senior Executive Vice President who was nominated as Samlip CEO through the executive appointments in November, resigned earlier this month. The company had planned to transition to a co-CEO system alongside the existing CEO, Beomsoo Kim, but after just three months, the leadership has been entirely reshuffled.

A Samlip official stated, "This appointment reflects a strong awareness of recent changes in the business environment and aims to drive transformation and innovation both in production and in overall management. We will strengthen our competitiveness by focusing on safety and the expansion of global business, further solidifying our foundation for future growth."
