On the 6th (local time), NVIDIA announced that the cash compensation target for CEO Huang for the 2027 fiscal year (from February this year to January next year) has been set at 4 million dollars, which is 200% of his base salary.

Huang's base salary is estimated to have increased by 33%. His base salary was raised by 50% last year, reaching 1.5 million dollars for the first time in ten years, but based on the latest disclosure, it appears to have increased by an additional 33% to 2 million dollars.

For four executives, including Chief Financial Officer Colette Kress, the target was set at 1.5 million dollars (approximately 2.24 billion won) each, which is 150% of their base salaries.

These executives will receive 50% of the target amount if the minimum revenue threshold is met, 100% if the base target is achieved, and up to twice the target amount if the maximum is reached.

The NVIDIA Compensation Committee approved this plan on the 2nd.

For the 2025 fiscal year, CEO Huang's total compensation was 49.9 million dollars, including 38.8 million dollars in stock awards.
