Due to the aftermath of the airstrikes by the United States and Israel against Iran, Korean Air, the only domestic carrier operating the Incheon-Dubai route, announced on March 6 that it would extend the suspension of this route until March 15.
Korean Air has been suspending flights after urgently turning back flight KE951 and canceling flight KE952, both operating between Incheon and Dubai, on February 28.

원본보기 아이콘The airline had originally planned to suspend operations on this route until March 8, but on this day extended the suspension period by one week.
Korean Air explained that Dubai airport authorities have notified a flight ban until March 15, and stated that decisions on future operations will be made depending on the situation.
Korean Air has been operating round-trip flights on the Incheon-Dubai route seven times a week (daily), as the only domestic airline servicing the Middle East route.
