GS Engineering & Construction Selected as "Outstanding Disclosure Company" by Korea Exchange

GS Engineering & Construction announced on March 6 that it has been selected as an "Outstanding Disclosure Company in the KOSPI Market for 2025," as announced by the Korea Exchange.

The Korea Exchange selects outstanding disclosure companies each year by comprehensively evaluating the disclosure performance and disclosure system operations of listed companies. Companies selected as outstanding disclosure companies are granted several benefits, including: ▲ a five-year grace period for designation as an unfaithful disclosure company (one time) ▲ exemption from annual education for disclosure officers ▲ exemption from annual fees and additional/change listing fees (for one year) ▲ and opportunities for overseas work training for disclosure officers.

A GS Engineering & Construction representative stated, "We will continue to strengthen our foundation of trust by supporting investors’ rational decision-making through transparent and faithful disclosures."
