Hoban Construction's 'Gyeongsan Sangbang Park Hoban Summit Phase 1', introduced as the first private park development special project in Gyeongsan, attracted approximately 15,000 visitors to its model house over a five-day period after opening.
Starting from the opening day on February 26, long lines formed as people waited to view the unit interiors, creating a lively atmosphere. Visitors showed great interest as they carefully examined the scale model and floor plans, and the consultation area inside was bustling with potential buyers seeking detailed sales information.
Visitors to the model house expressed high interest in the expansive green parks such as Sangbang Park, known as the 'Central Park of Gyeongsan', as well as nearby Nammaeji, Gyeongsan Nature Square, and Gyeongsan Sports Park. There was a particularly positive response to the landscaping and community facilities, reflecting the value of a large-scale branded complex.
One visitor who currently lives in an older apartment in Gyeongsan said, "As a park apartment, it will be great for walks, and its proximity to Gyeongsan's city center will make it convenient. Seeing four park facilities connected makes me want to live here. I plan to apply for the first-priority subscription."
Another visitor from Daegu commented, "As expected from a large-scale complex, the community facilities are excellent. The indoor gym and screen swimming pool were impressive," adding, "I was also surprised by the specialized floor plans, especially interested in the medium-to-large unit types."
Located within Gyeongsan Sangbang Park, which is being developed into Gyeongsan's largest cultural and arts park covering about 640,000 square meters, 'Gyeongsan Sangbang Park Hoban Summit' will comprise a total of 2,105 units across Phases 1 and 2. The currently available Phase 1 consists of 1,004 units in buildings ranging from two basement levels to 35 floors above ground. The unit breakdown is as follows: 110 units of 74㎡A, 428 units of 84㎡A, 170 units of 84㎡B, 150 units of 99㎡A, and 146 units of 99㎡B, providing a wide selection from popular small-to-medium to spacious medium-to-large sizes.
The complex is primarily south-facing and more than 30% of the total area is dedicated to landscaping, offering a pleasant living environment. An average of 1.56 parking spaces per household are provided entirely underground, ensuring safe and spacious pedestrian paths above ground. Furthermore, differentiated community facilities such as a duplex indoor gym, screen swimming pool, kids' cafe, and shared office have been introduced to improve residents' quality of life.
The location also boasts excellent transport and living infrastructure. It offers convenient access via KTX Gyeongsan Station and Gyeongan-ro, and is close to a variety of amenities such as Homeplus and Gyeongsan Central Hospital. Elementary, middle, and high schools such as Gyeongsan Elementary and Dongbu Elementary are nearby, and various government offices including Gyeongsan City Hall are also in close proximity, making administrative work convenient.
Attractive financial incentives have also drawn attention. These include a contract down payment of 5 million won (first installment), interest-free interim payments, and complimentary balcony extensions, all expected to ease the initial financial burden for buyers.
The subscription schedule for 'Gyeongsan Sangbang Park Hoban Summit Phase 1' begins with the special supply on March 9, followed by first-priority applications on March 10 and second-priority applications on March 11. Successful applicants will be announced on March 17, and the formal contract period will run for three days from March 30 to April 1.
A sales representative said, "This project has already attracted significant attention as the first apartment sale in Daegu and Gyeongsan in 2026, as well as the first private park development special project in Gyeongsan. As a large-scale development set to become Gyeongsan's Central Park, it offers both scarcity and differentiated value, so we expect strong interest during the subscription process."
The model house for 'Gyeongsan Sangbang Park Hoban Summit Phase 1' is currently open to the public in Sawol-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu.
