As preference for park infrastructure continues to rise in the housing market, attention is focusing on complexes near Sangbang Park in Gyeongsan, which are being developed as part of a private park special project in Gyeongsan, North Gyeongsang Province.
Hoban Construction announced on March 5 that it had opened the model home for 'Hoban Summit Phase 1, Sangbang Park, Gyeongsan' on February 26 and has officially begun sales.

원본보기 아이콘'Hoban Summit Phase 1, Sangbang Park, Gyeongsan' is a residential complex consisting of eight buildings ranging from two basement floors to 35 stories above ground, with a total of 1,004 units and exclusive floor areas between 74 and 99 square meters. The breakdown by exclusive area is as follows: 110 units of 74㎡A, 428 units of 84㎡A, 170 units of 84㎡B, 150 units of 99㎡A, and 146 units of 99㎡B.
This complex is adjacent to a large green area. In the vicinity, there are four large parks, including the approximately 640,000-square-meter Sangbang Park, Nammaeji, Gyeongsan Nature Yard, and Gyeongsan Sports Park, offering easy access to green spaces as part of daily life.
In terms of living conditions, the area is close to various educational institutions such as Gyeongsan Elementary School and Dongbu Elementary School, as well as middle and high schools and public offices including Gyeongsan City Hall. In addition, there is convenient access to KTX Gyeongsan Station and Gyeongan-ro.
The complex is primarily oriented to the south and features generous spacing between buildings, maximizing sunlight, ventilation, and a sense of openness. It also offers spacious kitchens, dressing rooms, and pantries in a four-bay layout to enhance storage and space utilization. Community facilities will include an indoor gymnasium, golf practice range, small library, and a residents’ caf?.
The sales schedule begins with special supply on March 9, followed by first-priority applications on March 10 and second-priority applications on March 11. The results for successful applicants will be announced on March 17, and contracts will be signed over three days starting March 30. Move-in is scheduled for January 2029.
A sales representative for Hoban Summit, Sangbang Park, Gyeongsan, stated, "Recently, buyers are considering long-term residential value, including comfort and park accessibility," adding, "Hoban Summit Phase 1, Sangbang Park, Gyeongsan, is adjacent to a large park and, together with Phase 2, which will be supplied in the future, is expected to form a Hoban Summit brand town."
