Hana Bank announced on March 2, 2026, that it is launching a customized financial consultation service combining MyData and generative AI technology at all of its branches nationwide.
This service introduces generative AI technology to Hana Bank’s offline MyData service that has been in operation since November 2025. Hana Bank integrates scattered financial information of its customers through MyData, and enables the analyzed data, processed by generative AI technology, to be utilized at its branches as well.
With this, Hana Bank customers can now receive comprehensive asset management services that leverage both MyData and generative AI technology at any location nationwide.
Hana Bank plans to go beyond simply presenting analysis results by using generative AI technology to analyze, summarize, and diagnose customers’ financial information, and to provide tailored financial consultations based on in-person consultations with branch staff.
In particular, by utilizing MyData and generative AI technology, the bank aims to enhance customers’ understanding and trust in financial consultations, lower the entry barriers to data- and AI-driven financial services, and improve financial accessibility for vulnerable groups, including youth and the elderly.
A Hana Bank official stated, “With the launch of this service, we expect that a diverse range of customers, including young people, will be able to receive customized financial consultations combining MyData and AI technology. Hana Bank will continue to integrate AI solutions across all banking operations to provide customers with even more intelligent financial experiences.”
