Ncsoft's "Lineage Classic" Surpasses 40 Billion Won in Cumulative Sales

Peak Concurrent Users Exceed 320,000
Second in PC Cafe Share, First Among MMORPGs
NCSoft announced on the 26th that cumulative sales of "Lineage Classic" surpassed 40 billion won in just over 20 days since its launch.
Since its release on the 7th, the game has generated more than 2.1 billion won in average daily sales. The peak concurrent number of users has exceeded 320,000.
As of the 25th, its PC cafe share reached 9.63%, ranking second among all PC games serviced in Korea. Within the massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) genre, it ranks first.
On YouTube, videos related to "Lineage Classic" have surpassed 147 million cumulative views. NCSoft stated that this figure was achieved without using the "BJ promotion" marketing strategy that is commonly employed in the MMORPG genre.
"Lineage Classic" is a PC game that recreates the early version of "Lineage," which NCSoft has been servicing since 1998.
