On the 25th (local time), Samsung Electronics introduced the "Galaxy Buds4 Pro" and "Galaxy Buds4" at "Galaxy Unpacked 2026" held in San Francisco, United States.

According to Samsung, the Buds4 series has been ergonomically designed based on more than 100 million ear data points and over 10,000 wearing simulations from users around the world, to ensure a fit that matches the diverse shapes of users' ears.

As a result, they remain comfortable even during long periods of use and do not fall out easily, even in situations with intense movement such as exercise.

The stem section of the Buds4 has been precisely engineered in metal so that users can easily control volume or media with their fingers. The case features a translucent cover, allowing users to intuitively check whether the earbuds are stored inside.

The Galaxy Buds4 Pro further enhances immersion with powerful bass reproduction. By maximizing the vibration surface of the speaker and minimizing the edges through the first-ever application of a bezel-less woofer, Samsung has expanded the effective speaker area by about 20%. Together with a tweeter that precisely reproduces high frequencies, the improved 2-way speaker supports ultra-high-quality audio at 24-bit, 96 kHz.

The Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) function has been upgraded from the previous model to the point where it can block out airplane noise. In addition, the Buds4 also support Ambient Sound, allowing users to comfortably hear external sounds without removing the earbuds.

The "Super Clear Call" feature for high-quality calls uses a machine learning model to analyze the user's voice patterns and surrounding noise, removing unnecessary background sounds. By providing a voice bandwidth of 16 kHz, which is up to twice that of conventional Bluetooth calls via earphones, it enables users to experience clearer call quality.

The Buds4 series newly incorporates a "Head Gesture" feature, enabling users to answer calls or control Bixby simply by moving their heads. For example, even in situations where both hands are occupied, such as cooking or exercising, users can accept or reject calls with simple motions like nodding or shaking their heads.

The Galaxy Buds4 Pro is priced at 359,000 won, and the Galaxy Buds4 is priced at 259,000 won. Both are available in two colors, white and black, and for the Pro model only, a pink gold version will be released exclusively on Samsung.com.

Samsung Electronics will begin pre-orders for the Buds4 series from midnight on the 27th, with the official launch in Korea scheduled for March 11. Customers who pre-order will be able to receive their products starting March 5.
