RS Automation Pushes Corporate Name Change to "RS Robotics"

RS Automation (CEO Kang Deokhyun), a leading company in advanced automation and Physical AI, announced on February 20 that it is pushing ahead with a change of its corporate name to "RS Robotics".

RS Automation plans to submit this agenda item to the upcoming regular general meeting of shareholders for resolution. The company explained that this name change is intended to fully implement its growth strategy centered on a Physical AI-based robot motion and energy platform, which it disclosed during last year's paid-in capital increase, and to more clearly communicate its business identity and mid- to long-term direction to shareholders and customers.

RS Automation is currently expanding its core competencies, which it has accumulated based on robot motion control technology, into the fields of energy control and related platforms. Going forward, the company plans to strengthen its integrated solution business that incorporates Physical AI technology, enhance its technological competitiveness across the robot and energy sectors, and actively seek new market opportunities.

A representative of RS Automation stated, "Through the corporate name change, we will clarify our identity as a Physical AI-based robot motion and energy platform company, and accelerate our business expansion and penetration into global markets."
