Videos Not Playing on Mobile App and PC Web Service
Starting at around 10:00 a.m. on February 18, some users have been unable to play videos on YouTube’s mobile app and PC web service, or have been seeing an error message saying "An error occurred" when trying to access the platform.
On social media, posts complaining that "YouTube is not working" and "Videos won’t play" have been flooding in.
