Ck Solution Decides on 2.0-for-1 Bonus Issue

On the 12th, Ck Solution announced that it had decided on a bonus issue, allocating 2.0 new common shares for each existing common share.


The record date for the allocation of the new shares is March 3, and the scheduled listing date is March 23.
