Channel Corporation announced on the 12th that it will hold a "Customer Service Optimization Webinar Specialized in Electronics Commerce" on the 26th for professionals from small home appliance and home device brands.
Under the theme "How Home Device Brands Can Reduce Customer Service," the webinar will share case studies of automating customer support using Channel Talk's artificial intelligence (AI) agent "Alp," as well as know-how on operating customer experience (CX) organizations.

The webinar is free and open to any corporate representatives who wish to implement AI-based consultation automation and improve customer experience.
