The interim briefing, held at the Vision Hall of City Hall, was attended by about 60 people, including Mayor Bang Sehwan, the president of the Sports Council, the executive vice president of the Para Sports Council, the general director, and officials from the police station.


At the briefing, an integrated midterm report was given on the progress of a total of three service projects: the agency service for the opening and closing ceremonies, the agency service for the torch and sacred flame events, and the service for establishing traffic and parking measures for the opening and closing ceremonies.


The report covered overall preparations for the games, including the direction of stage production for the opening ceremony and the torch and sacred flame relay events, and also reviewed traffic control and parking measures in and around G-Stadium to minimize inconvenience to spectators during the event period. In addition, the participants focused on discussing organic cooperation among departments to ensure the smooth operation of the games.
