Through these contracts, Lunit solutions will be introduced at Daehan Medical Imaging Clinic and Gangnam Radiology Clinic, which are affiliated with the Korean Society of Medical Imaging Diagnosis. The products to be adopted are Lunit's AI-based chest X-ray image analysis solution "Lunit Insight Chest X-Ray 4" and its AI-based mammography image analysis solution "Lunit Insight Mammography." Lunit Insight Chest X-Ray 4 is being introduced at a teleradiology center for the first time in Korea, and Lunit expects this to serve as a starting point for the full-scale use of AI in the field of teleradiology.

This contract is significant in that Lunit has diversified its portfolio in the domestic medical AI market. Until now, Lunit has mainly supplied AI solutions to major tertiary general hospitals in Korea, but with this entry into the teleradiology market, it has expanded its business scope beyond hospitals and clinics to include the outsourced reading sector. Having strengthened its sales activities targeting the teleradiology market since the second half of last year, Lunit succeeded in signing contracts with all four centers where it conducted product demonstrations.

Seo Beomseok, CEO of Lunit, said, "Through this contract, we have confirmed that there is clear demand for AI solutions even at outsourced centers," adding, "By adding a new sales channel to our existing business base, we plan to expand our business scope in the domestic market and step up our efforts to target the teleradiology market this year."
