Samsung Noble Life Restructures "Noble County" Organization... Accelerating Senior Business

Samsung Life Insurance announced on the 11th that Samsung Noble Life, a company it established with a 100% equity investment, has designated this year as its inaugural year and decided to fully launch its senior business.

According to Samsung Life Insurance, Samsung Noble Life recently completed the acquisition and integration of the premium silver town "Samsung Noble County," which had been operated for 25 years by the Samsung Life Public Welfare Foundation, and carried out an organizational restructuring, thereby officially embarking on the expansion of its senior living and care business.

Centering on the vision of being a "Partner for Dignity," the company has established a structure consisting of one office and two divisions (Management Support Office, Business Development Division, Noble Operations Division). In particular, it newly created a New Business Promotion Team and a Research and Development (R&D) Center under the Business Development Division. The New Business Promotion Team will pursue the development of new facilities and the diversification of the business portfolio, while the R&D Center plans to focus on developing products and services related to senior living and care.

In line with its launch, the company will also carry out a full-scale remodeling of facilities such as the international conference room and the residents-only dining hall at Samsung Noble County, with the aim of enhancing the value of the facilities and increasing resident satisfaction.

Lee Gilho, the inaugural CEO of Samsung Noble Life, said, "We will do our best to ensure that more customers can enjoy a wider variety of new senior living and care services," adding, "Amid the national issue of the advent of a super-aged society, Samsung Noble Life will work together with Samsung Life Insurance to present a hopeful future for all generations, including seniors."

A Samsung Noble Life representative said, "By designating this year as our inaugural year, we will focus on the stable operation of Samsung Noble County while also exploring a variety of services that can create synergies with the insurance business," adding, "Over the long term, we are considering the launch of new products and services, including the additional opening of new facilities."
