Renault Korea Launches Free Inspection and Maintenance Event at 371 Service Network Locations Nationwide for Lunar New Year

Fuel voucher promotion for paid repairs from February 9 to 13

With the Lunar New Year holiday approaching, Renault Korea is launching a free vehicle inspection program.

Renault Korea (CEO Nicolas Paris) announced on February 8 that it will provide free vehicle inspections at its company-owned service centers and service network locations nationwide to help customers prepare for long-distance driving during the holiday period. The company will also run a special promotion for customers who receive paid repairs during the free inspection period.

The free inspections will be offered for five days, from February 9 to 13. This extends the schedule beyond the joint free inspection period organized by the Korea Automobile & Mobility Association and domestic automakers. Customers can receive inspections by visiting any of the seven company-owned service centers and 364 service network locations nationwide.

The inspection items focus on key components directly related to safe driving in winter. Technicians will check the condition of major fluids, including all types of lamps, power steering fluid, engine oil, brake fluid, washer fluid, coolant, and automatic transmission fluid. They will also inspect wiper operation, front and rear brake pads, tire wear, battery and terminals, and whether there are any cracks in the belts.

Based on the inspection results, Renault Korea will hold a prize event for customers whose vehicles require repairs. Among customers who receive paid repairs totaling at least 50,000 won during the free inspection period, the company will select 100 winners per day, for a total of 500 people, and provide each of them with a mobile fuel voucher worth 20,000 won.

Renault Korea plans to support safe driving during the long Lunar New Year holiday by encouraging customers to check their vehicle condition in advance.
