Korea Investment & Securities Launches "RIA" Pre-Open Event...Prize Draw Just for Notification Sign-Up

On the 5th, Korea Investment & Securities announced that it will hold the "Korea Investment KO-RIA Pre-Notification Application Event" for customers who have branch accounts and Bankis accounts.

Accordingly, customers who apply for the "RIA Pre-Notification" service through the Korea Investment & Securities website or mobile application will receive prizes through a lottery. The RIA (Reshoring Investment Account) is an account that offers temporary tax benefits when investors make long-term investments in domestic stocks using funds from the sale of overseas stocks.

Among the customers participating in the event, 50,000 people will be selected by lottery to receive coffee coupons, and 5 additional winners will receive an iPad mini. The event will run from 5:00 p.m. on the 6th until the 12th, and the period may be extended depending on the RIA account opening schedule.

A Korea Investment & Securities official said, "We designed the pre-notification service so that customers who are interested in and returning to the domestic stock market do not miss their investment timing," adding, "We will continue to provide substantial benefits to customers resuming their domestic stock investments and strengthen wealth management services for them."
