Emart24 announced on the 5th that it will sequentially launch 10 "Dubai-style" products during this month, using ingredients such as kataifi and pistachio. Including the previously launched and highly successful "Kataifi Mochi" 2 varieties, the lineup of exclusive Dubai-style products will expand to a total of 12 items.
Emart24 plans to target customers' increasingly segmented tastes in flavor, texture, and aroma under the marketing slogan "We didn't know what you would like, so we prepared everything." To pursue an intuitive naming strategy in line with current trends, the company also standardized all product names to three syllables in Korean.
First, "Dukakeu (Dubai Kataifi Cream Bread, 4,600 won)" is the first Dubai-style cream bread launched by a convenience store in Korea, filled with both chocolate spread and pistachio cream. The bar chocolate-type "Dukacho (Dubai Kataifi Chocolate Bar, 5,500 won)" is filled with a spread made using kataifi and pistachio and finished with crushed pistachios, while "Dujjonku (Dubai Chewy Cookie, 4,200 won)" maximizes its chewy texture by using marshmallows.

The two Dubai-style ice cream products are available this month at a discounted price of 3,000 won.
Additionally, depending on the ingredients that form the exterior of each product, Emart24 has created a variety of textures such as chewiness, softness, crispiness, and fluffiness with items including "Dujjonmo (Dubai Kataifi Chewy Mochi Bread, 3,400 won)," "Dusaenppang (Dubai Kataifi Sandwich Bread, 4,600 won)," "Dusaenku (Dubai Kataifi Sandwich Cookie, 3,300 won)," and "Dukaron (Dubai Kataifi Macaron, 3,200 won)."
Meanwhile, Emart24 will also run the "Eat Dubai and Go to the Real Dubai" promotion throughout February for customers who purchase Dubai-style products and scan their Emart24 mobile app barcode. Among participating customers, one person each week will be selected to receive a "Real Dubai Travel Package for Two." In addition, two people each week will receive a "300,000 won Josun Hotel gift certificate," and 50 people each week will receive a "5,000 won Emart24 app coupon."
Furthermore, at its first flagship store, "Trend Lab Seongsu," Emart24 is holding an exclusive event where customers who purchase 10,000 won or more of Dubai-style products can receive a "Dujjonku support voucher" worth 2,000 won.
Kim Hyojin, head of the Emart24 bakery team, said, "We developed the differentiated Dubai-style products around the core keywords of current consumption trends so that customers can conveniently experience them at Emart24 stores nationwide without having to travel far," adding, "Through these new products, we aim to lead the 'post-Dujjonku' trend and will continue to strengthen our role as a platform that most quickly reflects the tastes and lifestyles of younger generations."
