Kumho Construction announced on the 3rd that it has won a contract worth 94.4 billion won to build new apartment complexes for the Hyoja-dong Regional Housing Association and others in Jeonju. This amount is equivalent to 5.19% of the company’s consolidated sales in 2024.
The project involves constructing 352 residential units in a complex with three basement floors and 29 above-ground floors. The construction period is set for 33 months from the actual start date.
