Dongseok Kim, CEO of the Global Lifelong Education Center's YU Human Leadership Course and head of Kia AutoQ Daemyung Branch, has donated 10 million won in development funds to Yeungnam University (President Oechul Choi).
At the donation ceremony held at the main building of Yeungnam University on January 29, CEO Dongseok Kim delivered the development funds, requesting that they be used to foster outstanding talent in the Department of International Development and Saemaul Studies. The meaningful event was attended by President Oechul Choi of Yeungnam University, Department Head Sangyong Yoon, Professors Jeonghun Kim, Jaemo Lee, and Jeongju Lee, as well as Eunhee Kim and Yongho Jeon, instructors from the YU Human Leadership Course.

원본보기 아이콘Based on his long-standing interest in personal potential development and leadership education, CEO Dongseok Kim has operated the Human Leadership Course since 2007. Since 2024, he has launched the "YU Human Leadership Course" at Yeungnam University's Global Lifelong Education Center, providing students with education on leadership, communication, and life direction. Notably, Kim has consistently practiced talent development and social responsibility through education. In March of last year, he also donated 10 million won in development funds to Yeungnam University, making this his second contribution and a continuation of that relationship.
CEO Dongseok Kim stated, "I hope that sharing based on the value of learning will bring about positive changes in society. I am grateful to be able to contribute once again, and I hope this serves as a meaningful foundation for students as they move toward a broader world."
President Oechul Choi of Yeungnam University expressed his gratitude, saying, "I deeply appreciate CEO Dongseok Kim for continuing his acts of generosity following last year's donation. We will do our utmost to support students in the Department of International Development and Saemaul Studies so that they can develop both professional competence and global insight, and ultimately become talents who contribute to humanity, in line with the noble intention behind this donation."
