KG Mobility (KGM) announced on February 2 that it sold a total of 8,836 vehicles last month, including 3,186 units in the domestic market and 5,650 units for export.
Sales increased by 9.5% compared to the same month last year, driven by the rising export trend and increased sales volume of the newly launched 'Musso' last month.
Despite the seasonal off-peak period, domestic sales rose by 38.5% year-on-year and by 19.8% compared to the previous month, thanks to the launch of the Musso.
Since mass production and the official contract began on January 5, a total of 1,123 Musso units have been sold to date.
Exports reached 5,650 units, maintaining a solid upward trend as sales to countries such as T?rkiye, Spain, and Germany increased over last year.
KGM continued its growth by surpassing cumulative sales of 50,000 units, exporting 11,122 units to T?rkiye in 2024 and 13,337 units last year, thanks to strengthened product competitiveness through new model launches and aggressive marketing strategies in the Turkish market. T?rkiye has been KGM’s largest export market for two consecutive years in 2024 and 2025, accounting for 19% of total exports last year.
KGM stated, “Despite the seasonal off-peak period, sales increased by 9.5% year-on-year, driven by the launch of the new Musso and continued export growth. As customer deliveries of the Musso expand, we expect sales volume to increase further, and we will reward customer trust by enhancing productivity and producing products with the highest quality.” The company added, “We will continue to increase sales this year by aggressively responding to the domestic market and strengthening our efforts in the growing global market.”
