Skonec Entertainment, a company specializing in XR (Extended Reality) content, announced on February 2 that it has signed a contract with Samsung Global Research to develop interview training content utilizing XR and generative AI (Gen AI).
This contract primarily involves the development of educational content for Samsung employees. The core of the project is to implement a virtual environment closely resembling real interview situations by integrating Samsung Galaxy XR devices with generative AI in an immersive training system.
The new content is designed as an interactive structure in which Gen AI engages in real-time conversations within a Galaxy XR-based virtual interview space. It goes beyond traditional video or simulation-based training to offer a highly advanced immersive training environment.
The AI dynamically adjusts the flow of questions based on the interviewee's responses and automatically generates various interview scenarios tailored to different roles and situations, thereby ensuring both realism and scalability. This approach is also expected to be highly expandable to other corporate training fields, such as leadership development and communication training.
Woncheol Park, CEO of Skonec, stated, "This collaboration with Samsung Global Research serves as proof of Skonec's technological capabilities in combining XR and generative AI, delivering real value in the field of corporate training for large enterprises. By providing an immersive training environment that closely simulates actual interview situations, we aim to maximize educational effectiveness and expand XR- and AI-based solutions to HR, leadership, communication, and other areas of corporate education."
Meanwhile, Skonec plans to use this contract as an opportunity to strengthen its competitiveness in the field of corporate educational content that combines XR and generative AI, and to expand immersive educational and training solutions to a wide range of industries in the future.
