Mirinae House is a low birthrate countermeasure by the Seoul Metropolitan Government that provides stable housing and homeownership opportunities for newlyweds who are planning to have children or get married.
This event, co-hosted by SH and the Seoul Foundation of Women and Family, took place on January 24 at Gangdong Central Library. The event was organized to provide information on pregnancy, childbirth, childcare, and housing benefits to residents of Mirinae House-including those living in the first Mirinae House complex, Olympic Park Foreon-and local community members, with the aim of raising public awareness about Seoul's response to the declining birthrate. More than 500 residents of Mirinae House and nearby community members attended.
Hwang Sang-ha, President of SH, stated, "Going forward, we will do our utmost to ensure that Mirinae House serves not only as a residential space but also as a 'solution platform' where residents can raise their children healthily, reduce the burden of childcare, and build happy families."
