Status of Usage Contracts by Provider of Digital Service Usage Support Systems

Didim365, a company specializing in AX and DX (CEO Jang Minho), has established a dominant position by achieving the highest number of contracts (75) among MSP (Managed Service Provider) companies from October 2020, when the Digital Service Specialized Contract System operated by the National Information Society Agency (NIA) began, through January 2026.

The Digital Service Specialized Contract System has become a core mechanism for public procurement in the digital transformation of the public sector. This innovative system enables intelligent information convergence services, cloud, and SaaS digital services-which previously faced delays due to complex contract procedures-to be signed through strict pre-screening, either via direct contracts (Digital Service Usage Support System) or catalog contracts (Digital Service Mall on the national procurement platform).

Currently, Didim365 collaborates with domestic cloud service providers such as KT Cloud, NAVER CLOUD PLATFORM, NHN Cloud, and Samsung Cloud Platform to register a wide range of cloud infrastructure IaaS and cloud support services, as well as intelligent information convergence services tailored for the public sector.
