Woori Financial Group Unveils First Integrated Banking and Securities Asset Management Branch in Yeouido

Woori Financial Group announced on the 26th that it has opened its first integrated branch, combining banking and securities asset management functions, in Yeouido, Seoul.

Woori Financial Group plans to provide comprehensive asset management services by establishing a joint bank and securities consultation space at Woori Bank's "Two Chairs (TWO CHAIRS) W Yeouido," operating on the 19th and 20th floors of TP Tower in Yeouido, and Woori Investment & Securities' "Seoul Sales Department."

Previously, Woori Financial Group entered the securities business in 2024, acquired an insurance company in 2025, and this year announced its "Synergy 2.0" strategy, which promotes collaboration among its banking, securities, and insurance affiliates.

Woori Financial Group explained that it aims to go beyond merely linking financial capabilities, utilizing this strategic hub to combine asset management, investment, and consultation functions into a single service system.

Going forward, Woori Financial Group plans to jointly utilize Woori Bank's private banking brand, Two Chairs, with its securities business to establish a consistent group-wide service system, and will gradually expand the number of integrated branches.

Kim Jihun, Deputy Head of the Synergy Business Division at Woori Financial Group, stated, "With the KOSPI entering the 5,000-point era, this integrated branch marks the starting point where our group synergy strategy is fully realized at the customer interface," adding, "We will continue to strengthen the group's competitiveness through customer-centric comprehensive asset management services."
