Ssangyong Engineering & Construction Wins $370 Million Luxury Residence Project in Dubai

Avenue Park Towers Just 10 Minutes from the Airport
Ssangyong Engineering & Construction announced on January 26 that it has recently secured the Avenue Park Towers construction project, commissioned by Dubai’s state-owned real estate developer WASL.
This project involves building two luxury residential towers (43 floors and 37 floors above ground) in a prime development area at the heart of Dubai, just 10 minutes from Dubai International Airport.
The construction cost for this project is approximately 250 million US dollars, which is about 370 billion Korean won. The construction period is set at 32 months.
Ssangyong Engineering & Construction explained that it was awarded this contract based on the strong trust established with the client, having successfully completed the Hyatt Centric Hotel and One Residence projects for the same client in 2022.
Meanwhile, Ssangyong Engineering & Construction has successfully completed a total of 12 landmark luxury architecture projects representing Dubai.
In addition, since 2023, the company has consecutively won new projects such as the Immersive Tower, Keyfab Development Project, and Creek Waters. As of January this year, it is undertaking a total of six projects in Dubai, amounting to approximately 1.3 trillion Korean won.
