Kim Kyung, a member of the Seoul Metropolitan Council who is suspected of giving 100 million won as a "nomination bribe" to Kang Sunwoo, a lawmaker who left the Democratic Party of Korea, appeared at the Public Crime Investigation Unit of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency in Mapo-gu, Seoul, on January 15.
