Key Figures from U.S. Political and Business Circles Expected to Attend

Shinsegae Group announced on December 12 that Chairman Chong Yongjin will attend a Christmas dinner hosted by U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance.

Chairman Chong departed to attend the dinner, which will be held at Vice President Vance's official residence in Washington, D.C. on the evening of the same day (local time). The event is expected to be attended by key figures from the U.S. political and business sectors, including members of the Rockbridge Network founded by Vice President Vance.

Chairman Chong serves as the Head of Asia for the Rockbridge Network and also participates as a director of Rockbridge Network Korea, which was launched as a think tank in October.

Shinsegae Group stated, "Chairman Chong will continue to seek ways to contribute to the group's growth and, furthermore, to the development of the Korean economy through the global network he has built over the years."
