A Platform for Startup Investment Attraction and Expanding Networks
BNK Busan Bank (President Bang Seongbin) held the 10th Demo Day and Completion Ceremony for the regional startup incubation platform 'SUM Incubator' in the work training room on the 3rd floor of its headquarters on the 11th.

원본보기 아이콘This event was organized to provide investment attraction (IR) opportunities to the 10th batch of companies fostered by the 'SUM Incubator' and to strengthen the bank's role in supporting corporate growth as the leading regional bank.
'SUM Incubator' is a startup support program operated by BNK Busan Bank for local startups, offering comprehensive support throughout the growth process, including free office space, customized mentoring, and demo days connected with venture capital firms. Since launching its first batch in 2019, the program has selected a total of 132 companies and has achieved cumulative investment attraction of 15.3 billion won.
A total of 19 companies participated in this 10th Demo Day, undergoing a practical investment verification process. Some of the presenting companies have already secured investment or established foundations for collaboration, demonstrating their growth potential.
The event was attended by major venture investors such as Vision Equity Partners, Coolidge Corner Investment, and Busan United Technology Holdings, who participated in evaluation and networking, while the companies explored possibilities for follow-up investment and collaboration.
Kim Byungki, Head of the Management Support Group at BNK Busan Bank, stated, "This Demo Day was a meaningful occasion for startups to directly present their achievements to investors and to lay the groundwork for future growth," adding, "BNK Busan Bank will continue to actively support the revitalization of the local startup ecosystem."
