On December 10, Hoban Group announced that it recently conducted the "Sharing Love Briquettes" volunteer activity at Jeonwon Village in Bangbae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul.
Centered around the employee volunteer group "Hoban Sarang Nanuumi," more than 100 employees from Hoban Construction, Hoban Industry, Taihan Cable, and other group affiliates participated, donating 10,000 briquettes to households in need.
The volunteers personally delivered the briquettes to elderly residents and recipients of basic livelihood support, who face significant heating costs, navigating narrow alleys and steep roads to bring warmth to their neighbors.
The briquette sharing volunteer activity has been Hoban Group’s representative social contribution initiative every winter since 2009. As part of the "Winter Safety Sharing Campaign," it provides practical heating support to energy-vulnerable households.

In addition to the briquette sharing, Hoban Group is carrying out various winter community support activities. Last month, through the "Sharing Love Kimchi-Making" event, which has continued since 2011, the group prepared 4,160 kilograms of kimchi and delivered it to vulnerable households in Seocho-gu and to Hyemyeong Mayvill (formerly Hyemyeong Orphanage) in Geumcheon-gu.
