TaeYoung Construction has appointed Lee Kangseok, Head of the Technical Sales Division, as its new President.
TaeYoung Construction announced on December 10 that it has carried out its regular executive appointments for 2026.
The newly appointed President Lee Kangseok, born in 1961, graduated from Yonsei University and the graduate school of Hanyang University. He joined TaeYoung Construction in 1996. Lee has played a key role in strengthening the competitiveness of major projects and expanding orders, serving as Head of the Civil Engineering Division in 2020 and Head of the Technical Sales Division in 2024.
Lim Taejong has been appointed as Head of the Civil Engineering Division, and Jung Jinhyung as Head of the Architectural Division.
Going forward, TaeYoung Construction plans to establish a stable order base, strengthen a profit-focused management system, and pursue asset sales and fixed cost reductions in line with its self-rescue plan. The company aims to solidify the foundation for graduating from its workout program by focusing on improving business performance and securing financial soundness.
Meanwhile, TY Holdings, the holding company of TaeYoung Group, has appointed Executive Director Park Byungil as the new Head of Media Policy and Chief of Staff.
