Lady Furniture, a furniture brand operated by Joyworks&Co, announced on December 9 that it held a pre-opening for its new “Lady Furniture Suwon Station Direct Store Home & Cafe” on November 28. Located near Suwon Station Time Villas, this space goes beyond a simple furniture display; it is a multi-cultural showroom designed for customers to stay, experience, and immerse themselves in an overall lifestyle. The official opening is scheduled for December 11, and until then, customers are free to visit and preview the space.
The most distinctive feature of “Lady Furniture Suwon Station Direct Store Home & Cafe” is that customers can experience not only Lady Furniture but also major brands operated by Joyworks&Co, such as For the Home, Slowalle, Dodam, and Erop, all in one place. In addition, partner brands have participated to create lifestyle spaces similar to actual living environments, allowing customers to intuitively experience various everyday scenarios.
Notably, the showroom also features collaborative brands such as “Theme Cafe,” a premium cafe brand by Neverland (creators of Oneplay), “hejdin,” a premium diffuser brand, and “zero o'clock,” a home fabric brand specializing in sleep and relaxation. This broadens the range of experiences available. hejdin diffusers can be purchased directly at the store, making the connection between scent, mood, and spatial experience seamless and organic.
At this showroom, visitors can also discover Lady Furniture’s newly launched premium lineup. This includes the ambitious premium mattress series “Sonnidoro,” the “Ondam” clay bed and clay sofa series that infuse the warmth of earth into daily life, the unique “Moody Arte” storage cabinets that reinterpret traditional folk paintings and artistic techniques in a modern way, and “Lady Kitchen,” which is based on minimal modern design and a commitment to essentials. All of these new product lines, developed with a fresh perspective, can be experienced firsthand at the showroom.
During the pre-opening period, some features of the online docent service, which will be fully introduced at the official opening, are also available for trial. Through QR codes for each product and space, customers can listen to audio guides about product details and the intent behind the space’s design, providing a deeper exhibition experience.
A representative from Lady Furniture stated, “This pre-opening is the first step in offering customers a new showroom experience,” adding, “We plan to gather a variety of feedback and further enhance the space before the official opening, aiming to evolve beyond a simple furniture store into a full-fledged multi-cultural lifestyle showroom.”
