It was held in the style of a fun sports day, featuring activities such as ball rolling, group relays, balloon tower building, and team games-programs designed for people of all ages to participate.

During the competition, both athletes and residents demonstrated teamwork and showcased their skills honed through regular practice, while participants strengthened their health and friendships in an enjoyable atmosphere.

At the opening ceremony, Vice Governor Lee Hobum remarked, "Sports play a crucial role in safeguarding residents' health and uniting the local community," adding, "I hope this event serves as a meaningful opportunity for Hwasun County sports to thrive and for all residents to come together as one."

The Sports Support Team of the Tourism and Sports Office is implementing a variety of initiatives to promote sports-for-all and improve public health. These include operating sports instructors, hosting competitions for each sport, supporting participation in competitions, supporting sports for people with disabilities, and managing workplace sports teams (badminton and boxing).

This One Mind Competition was an extension of such activities, serving as an opportunity to strengthen communication and cooperation among sports participants.

Cho Hyungchae, Director of the Tourism and Sports Office, stated, "We will continue to create a sports environment where all residents can participate and enjoy," and emphasized, "We will do our best to advance local sports and promote public health."
