On December 8, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism selected and announced the final 30 winning entries (15 videos and 15 designs) of the "National Policy Agenda Video and Design Contest for Everyone Announced by Me."
The contest was organized to promote and spread the national policy agenda and vision from the creative perspective of the public, in line with the spirit of a "government of national sovereignty" where the people are the owners of the country. Entries were accepted from September 19 to October 26, with a total of 205 submissions received.
In the video category, Choi Moonseok will receive the grand prize for his short video sharing his personal experience related to the national policy agenda of "Creating a Childbirth and Childcare Environment Favorable for Raising Children." This year, Choi became a father of four after the birth of triplets. He stated, "I wanted to let people my age know that there is strong support in Korea," and through his video titled "I Had a Baby and Received 24 Million Won! Don't Miss Out!!," he introduced practical government policies such as support for medical expenses for premature infants and the national health insurance system, highlighting both the difficulties of childbirth and the real assistance available. The video has garnered 170,000 views on YouTube. The top prize went to "A New Korea!" (winners: Kang Beomcheol, Kim Jinyoung, Ko Wonji, Seo Jaeun), which creatively interpreted the "Expansion of Transportation Innovation Infrastructure (National Policy Agenda 57)" through AI-generated music.

In the design category, the grand prize was awarded to designer Bae Sehwan for "Taegeuk Patchwork, Connecting the Harmony and Hope of Korea." The work expresses the Taegeuk symbol by firmly stitching together patchworks that represent the five national policy goals. The top prize will go to Jung Seonghwa, who expressed people-centered values using the symbol of a key. The Ministry stated that the outstanding works from this contest will be used to finalize the national vision and policy goal designs to be displayed in government offices nationwide.
The award ceremony will take place on December 8 at the By Pilwon conference room in Jongno-gu, Seoul. Kim Daehyun, the Second Vice Minister of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, will attend the ceremony to present the grand and top prizes in both the video and design categories and to congratulate the winners.
The ceremony will also feature a "Story Concert," where winners and civil servants in charge of national policy agendas will discuss their questions about policy promotion and share stories from the video production process. Comedian Kwon Jaegwan will host the "Story Concert," and Seo Sumin, CEO of Ringaring and director of "Gag Concert," "2 Days & 1 Night," and the drama "The Producers," will give a special lecture on "Trends and Strategies for Adapting from TV to Short-Form Content."
