Her agency, Anpark, released a statement on the 5th, saying, "Narae Park is experiencing significant emotional distress and psychological shock due to the sudden resignations of staff she worked with, their subsequent groundless claims, increasing demands for money, and pressure exerted through the media."

The agency further stated, "After working for one year and three months and receiving their severance pay, the former managers additionally demanded an amount equivalent to 10% of the previous year's sales. The amount requested has continued to increase, reaching several hundred million won."

The agency added, "In a situation where unnecessary misunderstandings and pressure persist, we can no longer yield to these unilateral demands. After legal review, we have decided to take the necessary legal measures."

However, regarding the allegations of power abuse, including verbal abuse, raised by the former managers, the agency said, "We are currently verifying the exact facts," and added, "We will thoroughly clarify the matter and take appropriate actions as necessary going forward."

Regarding the delay in registering the agency as a pop culture and arts planning business, the agency explained, "This was the responsibility of the former managers," and claimed that the issue arose due to their false reporting.

Previously, on December 3, the former managers reportedly announced their intention to file a lawsuit for damages against Narae Park and applied to the court for a provisional seizure of her real estate. On December 5, Narae Park was reported to the police and booked on charges including special assault and violations of the Medical Service Act and the Popular Culture and Arts Industry Development Act.
