This event was organized to help elementary school students develop sound economic perspectives and healthy consumption habits, enabling them to grow into future economic leaders, amid the rapidly changing financial environment.

Through this collaboration, the three organizations plan to jointly produce a total of 10 customized financial education videos and textbooks linked to the elementary school curriculum. In particular, to strengthen the practical relevance and expertise of the education, a 'Financial Education Advisory Group' consisting of five current teachers and five Busan Bank employees will participate from the planning stage to enhance the quality of the content.

Production of the content will begin in earnest this month, and it will be distributed to schools in time for the new school year in March next year. In addition, starting in April next year, a 'Visiting Economic and Financial Education' program, in which professional instructors visit schools, will be operated to further support the practical financial competency of students.

Superintendent Kim Seokjun stated, "I would like to thank BNK Busan Bank and Green Umbrella Child Fund for their commitment to strengthening our children's financial capabilities. I hope that this content, created jointly by teachers and financial experts, will become a 'living economics textbook' for students. We will continue to expand experiential, community-based financial education in cooperation with the local community," he added.
