Yangsan City in South Gyeongsang Province will hold consecutive urban concerts in two locations-East Yangsan and West Yangsan-on December 6 and December 13, aiming to revitalize local businesses and invigorate both citizens and the regional economy.
These concerts will take place on four-lane roads in areas densely populated with local shops. Popular singers from various genres will perform, further enhancing the year-end atmosphere.
The East Yangsan concert will be held on December 6 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the four-lane road near Pyeongsan Food Alley. Popular artists such as Park Seojin, Shin Seungtae, Jiwon, and Yoo Minji will take the stage, offering a rich lineup of performances spanning trot and mainstream pop music.
The West Yangsan concert is scheduled for December 13 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the four-lane road in front of Yangsan La Fiesta. Well-known artists including Roo'ra, Hong Kyungmin, Chae Yeon, and Yang Jiwon will perform. The lineup, featuring retro and dance artists representing the spirit of the 1990s, promises a vibrant and diverse show.
In addition, a variety of programs will be offered, including promotional and sales booths for local companies, the 'Making Memories of Warmth' photo booth, and the 'Community Arcade' experience booth.
Furthermore, during the 'ON Golmok ON (?) Gi Festival' period from December 5 to December 16, those who use the Yangsan Sarang Card will receive an 18% cashback benefit. Up to 126,000 won can be accumulated when using the card up to the monthly limit of 700,000 won.
A Yangsan City official stated, "We have organized this event to encourage citizens to practice conscious consumption and breathe new life into local businesses as the year comes to a close," adding, "We hope many citizens participate, enjoy a warm year-end atmosphere together, and help spread warmth to neighborhood businesses through responsible spending."
