Citizens facing livelihood challenges can visit Songtan Food Bank with their ID card and receive a package containing three to five food items and daily necessities per person. The support corner operates regularly every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The city plans to provide additional support by referring citizens who show signs of crisis, such as repeated use of the service more than twice, to basic counseling and connecting them with the customized welfare teams at their local town or district offices.
