In the men's weekly world golf rankings announced on November 30 (local time), Puig earned 1.27 points, jumping an impressive 60 places from 172nd last week. He earned these ranking points by claiming the title at the DP World Tour BMW Australian PGA Championship (total prize money of 2.5 million Australian dollars), which concluded the previous day at Royal Queensland Golf Club (par 71) in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

Tommy Fleetwood of England, who was ranked fourth last week, moved up one spot to third.
