"Hwaseong Namyang New Town Umi Lynn Edu High" Special Supply Applications Open on the 1st

On December 1 (Monday), applications for special supply will be accepted for "Hwaseong Namyang New Town Umi Lynn Edu High," located in Namyang-ri, Namyang-eup, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi Province.

The complex will consist of six buildings, ranging from two basement levels to 24 above-ground floors, with a total of 556 units, all with an exclusive area of 84 square meters.

Among these, the special supply comprises a total of 361 units, accounting for approximately 64.93% of the entire supply. This includes 55 units for multi-child families, 128 units for newlyweds, 106 units for first-time homebuyers, 17 units for households supporting elderly parents, and 55 units for institutional recommendations.

The number of special supply units by type is as follows: 269 units for 84㎡A and 92 units for 84㎡B. As the eligibility requirements differ by special supply category, applicants are required to check the resident recruitment notice before applying.

"Hwaseong Namyang New Town Umi Lynn Edu High" offers a reasonable sale price due to the application of the price ceiling system. It is expected that buyers will be able to purchase a home with an exclusive area of 84 square meters for the low to mid-400 million won range. In addition, a fixed first contract payment of 10 million won has been introduced to reduce the initial financial burden. An interest-free installment payment benefit for the interim payment is also provided, allowing buyers to secure a home without any additional financial outlay beyond the contract payment until move-in.

The complex boasts excellent educational conditions within Namyang New Town, where major infrastructure such as the relocation of Hwaseong City Hall and the double-track Seohae Line railway are being established.
