The event was attended by more than 150 people, including children, parents, teachers, and staff from six Namyangju City Together Care Centers and Neulbom Shared School.
The Youth Cultural Festival was especially meaningful as it showcased the results of projects carried out based on a collaborative system in education, care, and culture.
In particular, the 'Aigachi Plus Project' drew attention as a collaborative model between the Gyeonggi Social Economy Center and local care institutions. Several social economy enterprises, including Byeolnara Dream Road Community Social Cooperative, Hanpyeom People Social Cooperative, Girak Co., Ltd., and Woorinuri Educational Community Social Cooperative, participated in the festival, providing services such as safe care, healthy education, emotional stability, and food support. Through these efforts, the quality of child care in the region improved, and the foundation for sustainable cooperation was strengthened.
In addition, the results of the Arts Nuri Project and Neulbom Shared School were exhibited at the venue, receiving a great response as they highlighted the creativity and teamwork demonstrated by the youth.
Mayor Joo Gwangdeok stated, "The city's core goal is to create a healthy and happy city for children and parents. By modernizing the teachings of Jeong Yak-yong, we will establish an environment where citizens can live healthy and happy lives."
He added, "We will continue to provide various forms of support at the city level so that young people can fully realize their dreams and talents."
