Sangshin Park, CEO of DL E&C, Promoted to Vice Chairman... Achieves Performance Recovery Amid Construction Downturn

DL Group announced on December 1, 2025, that it has carried out executive appointments for 2026. The appointments aim to strengthen proven leadership in order to overcome the challenges posed by an uncertain domestic and global business environment.

Through this round of appointments, Sangshin Park, CEO of DL E&C, has been promoted to Vice Chairman. Vice Chairman Park previously served as CEO of Korea Development in 2016, Head of the Housing Business Division at Daelim Industrial (now DL E&C) in 2017, CEO of Daelim Industrial in 2018, and was appointed CEO of DL E&C last year. He has been highly recognized for demonstrating outstanding management capabilities amid the recent downturn in the construction industry, achieving normalized performance and discovering new business opportunities. In particular, he has continued to secure selective, profitability-focused orders, establishing the highest level of financial stability in the construction sector.

Additionally, In Jung, Head of Compliance Management at DL E&C, has been appointed CEO of Daelim Co., Ltd. Jeongeun Lee, Chief Design Officer (CDO) of DL E&C, will concurrently serve as CEO of Glad Hotel & Resort. Kyuseon Hwang, Head of Planning and Management at DL E&C, has been selected as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Daelim Co., Ltd.
