This contest was organized to discover and spread outstanding cases among city and county job centers in the province, with the aim of improving service quality and raising the level of employment services.

The Yangju City Job Center received high marks for its "One-Stop Employment Service, We Are One Team" initiative.

Serving as a hub for employment support, the Yangju City Job Center strengthened collaboration with resident organizations within the Yangju Employment Welfare Plus Center, such as the Employment Center and the Women's New Employment Center, and operated a joint case management system without additional budget. Through this, it shared job seeker information and provided customized programs tailored to the needs of job seekers, leveraging the strengths of each organization.

Additionally, the center was highly rated for establishing a collaborative system among local employment-related agencies by jointly discovering employers, operating mobile job counseling centers, and sharing information through regular practical meetings, thereby providing high-quality services to job seekers.

An official from Yangju City stated, "This award is the result of the positive evaluation of the employment policies that Yangju City has been implementing. We will continue to strengthen collaboration with related employment agencies and provide customized programs that reflect the diverse needs of the local community, so that citizens can find quality jobs."
