Through this agreement, the two organizations will cooperate in developing and operating customized residential welfare services for residents that incorporate ecological values, conducting research to create eco-friendly urban ecological spaces, and mutually utilizing resources held by both organizations.
SH plans to operate nature-based psychological recovery and vitality enhancement programs to help alleviate emotional isolation and support psychological stability for the elderly, people with disabilities, and individuals with mental health conditions. For households with infants and adolescents, ecological education and experiential programs will be provided using idle spaces within rental housing, creating an environment where families can enjoy and grow together.
In addition, SH will participate in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) value-spreading education and campaigns led by the National Institute of Ecology, aiming to internalize practice-oriented ESG management.
Sangha Hwang, President of SH, stated, "I hope that the ecological healing and welfare programs, residential environment improvement projects, and ESG campaigns promoted through this agreement will become the starting point of a new change," adding, "We will do our best to spread ecological values and improve the quality of life for Seoul citizens."
