GS Construction to Begin Sales of "Yeoksam Central Xi" in December... 87 Units for General Sale [Real Estate AtoZ]

GS Construction announced on November 19 that it plans to begin sales of "Yeoksam Central Xi" in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, next month.

This complex consists of four buildings, ranging from three basement levels to 17 above-ground floors, with a total of 237 residential units. Of these, 87 units with exclusive areas between 59 and 122 square meters will be offered for general sale. The number of units available for each exclusive area is as follows: 10 units of 59 square meters, 42 units of 84 square meters type A, 13 units of 84 square meters type B, 11 units of 84 square meters type C, 5 units of 84 square meters type D, and 6 units of 122 square meters.

Yeoksam Central Xi is a station-area complex located at the heart of Gangnam's transportation network, within walking distance of Hanti Station on the Suin-Bundang Line and Seolleung Station, an interchange station for Line 2 and the Suin-Bundang Line. The site also offers convenient access to major arterial roads such as Teheran-ro, Gangnam-daero, Nambusunhwan-ro, and Olympic-daero. The Gangnam-gu area, where the complex is located, is a representative business district in Seoul, allowing residents to enjoy proximity to their workplaces.

The educational environment is also excellent. Dogok Elementary School is located within a 550-meter radius. Within a one-kilometer radius are Yeoksam Middle School, Dogok Middle School, Dankook University Affiliated Middle and High School, and Jinseon Girls' Middle and High School, allowing residents to benefit from the prestigious Gangnam 8 School District. The Daechi-dong private education district is also within walking distance.

Shopping and cultural facilities are within walking distance, and top-tier general hospitals such as Samsung Medical Center and Gangnam Severance Hospital are nearby. There is also an abundance of green and waterfront spaces, including Maebongsan Mountain, Dogok Neighborhood Park, and Yangjaecheon Stream.

Yeoksam Central Xi has introduced differentiated features to maximize residents' satisfaction. The complex incorporates specialized nighttime design and is oriented primarily to the south to maximize sunlight and ventilation.

The landscaping within the complex will include a "Central Plaza," a "Living Garden" for relaxation, and a themed play area called "Xi Fun Ground" (children's playground) to foster children's emotional development and sense of adventure.

The community facility, "Club Xi-an," will house a golf practice range, fitness center, small library, study room, and coin laundry, among other amenities.
