Located in Nam-gu, Ulsan, the service center is a three-story building with a total floor area of 482.7 square meters. It is equipped with a reception area, work bays, and a customer lounge.


The center can handle up to 400 vehicles per month for general repairs. It has introduced the Volvo Personal Service system, a customer-tailored maintenance program, to simultaneously improve service quality and reduce reservation waiting times. The service center is operated by Iron Motors.


Lee Yunmo, CEO of Volvo Car Korea, stated, "The expansion and reopening of the Ulsan Service Center is part of our efforts to allow more customers to experience Volvo's meticulous care and premium services," adding, "We will continue to enhance customer accessibility and strengthen our service network nationwide."
