More than 40 locally hired employees from 20 overseas branches in 10 countries participated in the event, which included a town hall meeting with Lee Chanwoo, Chairman of NongHyup Financial Group, seminars sharing the group's global mid- to long-term strategic direction and best practices, and field visits to various NongHyup business sites, all of which helped to strengthen their sense of belonging.

In particular, this year's event featured a visit and hands-on experience at NongHyup Financial Group's AI Business Center, providing participants with the opportunity to directly observe the group's digital transformation and the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI)-based financial services, which was met with enthusiastic response from the employees.

Chairman Lee, during a communication session with the participants, listened to their suggestions and concerns, and encouraged them by stating, "I expect this training program will deepen your understanding of the group's core strategies and serve as a valuable opportunity to enhance the group's global competitiveness through synergy created by global employees cooperating across borders." He also emphasized the capabilities and roles of employees working at overseas locations and the importance of integrated synergy among the group's overseas branches.
